I Highly recommend David & his crew. He took the time to assure me that the HOA requirements were met; meanwhile the 'other guys' quoted me specs that were non-compliant because they didn't have the interest for such a small job like mine. Not mean to be negative- but David 's wheelhouse fit my budget, needs perfectly and recommend him & his crew HIGHLY. I will be calling him again for deck and other other repairs. David was really responsive and did a great job. The job was completed quickly and the work was high quality. Would definitely hire him again for future projects.

The company removed the stucco, fixed the water damage and applied the new siding. The front of the house has stone front which has water damage. They removed the water damaged portion of the stones, fixed the structure and applied the new stone and worked hard to match perfectly. Changed the gutter system with larger size gutters.

David is very professional and easy to work with. Wonderful attention to detail. His crew was respectful and very hard working.

Spoke with David on Saturday morning he came by Saturday for estimate had the job done before noon on Sunday. Fast, clean and great work. Would highly recommend this company!

David and crew at M&D Siding are the absolute best. Top notch professionals. They give you a time when they're going to do the job and they show up on schedule. The work is superb. There's a reason they guarantee their workmanship. We're moving so when I sell this house and get another, my first call for anything that needs doing at the new digs will be M&D. FYI - we contracted for a new roof, new slider and new kitchen window, siding fix/replace and even help with replacing the screens and rotten wood on my screened in porch. They were done in no time and all looks fabulous. Hate to move now, but I know who to call in the future. Great job M&D!!!
